Donating Food to the Kansas Food Bank

Look at ALL the food we collected to donate to the needy.
We learned that some people are not as fortunate as we are and that it is important to help people in need. We also talked about being thankful for having food to eat each day. This was such a special way for the children to learn about giving back to the community!

We donated a bucket of food to the Kansas Food Bank Warehouse
 Adding boxes of food
We discussed the different items that each child donated

We counted and organized the cans and boxes that we brought to preschool
